My name is Tim Erasmus, and I’m from Cape Town, South Africa. I’ve always believed that challenges have the power to change us. Whether it’s in business, endurance sport, or life itself, I’ve learned that real growth happens when we step outside our comfort zones. Taking on the Muskathlon is about far more than completing a physical challenge. It’s about standing alongside people who face injustice, poverty, and exploitation every day, and using my own journey to help bring hope and practical change to their lives. As a cyclist and someone who enjoys pushing my limits, I know that every difficult climb has a purpose. This challenge gives those kilometres meaning beyond myself.
